SUBMISSION PROCESS

  • How do I submit my receipt(s)?

    Visit www.getpgoffer.com. If you’ve registered as an Account Holder, enter your email and password. If you are participating as a guest, complete the form. Scroll down to the “Upload Your Receipt” section, add each image of your receipt(s) then click the "Upload and Submit" button. Please note, images containing multiple receipts cannot be processed. Please submit images containing only one receipt per file. You can also submit copies of your receipt(s) via a mail-in offer form, also available at www.getpgoffer.com.

  • Where do I mail the offer form & receipt(s)?

  • I don't have a printer; how can I submit?

    There are two options to submit for this offer.

    1. Online: Submit your receipt(s) here.
    2. By Mail: Submit the mail-in offer form and copies of your receipts to P&G Spend $100 Program, PO BOX 6093, Dept. 41549 Douglas, AZ 85655

  • What information do you need to see on my receipt?

    Your receipt must clearly show the purchase date, products purchased, and the amount paid for each product.

  • I lost my receipt, how can I submit?

    You can get a copy of your Costco receipt by visiting the membership counter at your local Costco warehouse.

  • My receipt is really long; how do I submit?

    If your receipt is too long you can submit multiple images of the same receipt. Note, there is a maximum of 5 images that can be uploaded per receipt for those who choose to sign up for an account. For those who utilize the guest checkout, there is a limit of 5 total images to upload all receipts.

  • Can my qualifying purchase be made over multiple shopping trips?

    Yes, qualifying purchases can be made over multiple shopping trips.

  • Can I submit receipts separately or do all of my receipts showing $100 in qualified purchase need to be uploaded at one time?

    You can either submit all receipts at once showing $100 in qualified purchases or submit receipts separately. To submit receipts separately you will be required to participate as an account holder by creating an account and logging in to this account every time receipts are uploaded. The account holder will then be able to track the cumulative amount of qualified items purchased combined from all receipts uploaded. Members can also participate as a Guest which does not require creating an account or login. To participate as a Guest, all receipts for the total $100 purchase of qualified items must be uploaded at one time.

    If you participate via mail-in, copies of receipts totaling $100 purchase of participating items must be included in your submission, with the mail-in form. Any amount less than $100 spent on participating items will be rejected. Any amount that exceeds $100 purchase of participating items from your mail-in submission will NOT apply to any subsequent submission for an additional Cash Card.

  • What types of images can be used for digital submissions?

    Receipts can be submitted for the digital process as jpeg, png, or pdf file types with a maximum file size of 5MB each.

  • I did not receive any emails following my submission to the program. What do I do?

    To ensure receipt of emails related to this program add no-reply@getpgoffer.com to your safe senders list or check your JUNK/SPAM folder for content. If you still do not see any emails, please call (888) 254-4054 or use our email contact form for additional help.


CASH CARDS

  • When will I receive my Costco Cash Card(s)?

    Members who upload validated receipts will receive their Cash Card within 2 weeks of meeting the $100 purchase requirement.

    Members who mail in their valid submission can expect their Cash Card within 4 weeks of the postmark date.

  • Does my Costco Cash Card expire?

    No, there are no expiration dates for Costco cash cards.

  • How can I check the balance on my Cash Card?

    Visit Costco.com. On the bottom of the home page, click 'Costco Cash Card Balance' under the Customer Service Column. Enter your Costco Cash Card number, which you'll find on the back of your Costco Cash Card. It's a unique number and is used to identify your Costco Cash Card. Type in the four-digit PIN, which is also located on the back of your Costco CashCard. If you don't see the four-digit PIN right away, you may need to scratch off the silver security feature on the back (some cards have it, but don't worry if yours doesn't). Select the "Check Balance" button. The balance should immediately be displayed.

  • What do I do if my Costco Cash Card is lost or stolen?

    P&G is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.  If a card was mailed to you, we can provide you with the card number and you can then visit your local Costco warehouse Customer Service desk to have any remaining balance transferred to another card.

Guest checkout

You can submit your receipts as a Guest, but if you create a Member Account, you can track your submissions, carry over purchase amounts above $100 to a second receipt submission, and more.
